Villa Melissa is a fantastic for families. If you’re coming with a really large group, you can book another villa, or even 4 more neighbouring villas within the Pantai Lima Estate.
FOR FAMILIES
The entire villa can accommodate 10 guests and up to 2 additional guests allowed (extra charge).
CAPACITY
There is an indoor open-plan living area with a surround sound system, outdoor poolside lounge and dining area with beach and ocean views. There is also a beachfront bale that can be a haven for private massages. The air-conditioned indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat 10 guests, and there is an outdoor dining area for 8 guests.
LIVING AREAS
20m x 6m x 2m chlorinated pool; 10m x 3m x 1.4m kids pool; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are ten lounge chairs and four pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.
POOL
Shared facilities at Pantai Lima Estate include a tennis court with night lighting (4 tennis rackets are available to be shared among the 3 villas and each villa has its own tennis balls tube). Yoga lessons can also be arranged (extra charge). In-villa treatments are available on request (extra charge).
SPA AND WELLNESS
The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service charged at grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

STAFF
The kitchen is fully-equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee maker, blender, toaster, mini bar, wine fridge, rice cooker, stove, water dispenser, BBQ facilities, as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and wine glasses. For your safety and convenience, the villa is equipped with a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake-up calls are available upon request.

Small Events: 30 guests.
Large Events: 80 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 100 guests (maximum standing capacity).
For large events of up to 100 persons, Villa Mary and Villa Melissa at Pantai Lima Estate must be booked (optional to book Villa Ambra). Event will be held at Villa Mary.
